enviadas por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y Senadores mediante las cuales se propone: reformar y adicionar diversas disposiciones de los art\u00edculos 4\u00b0 y 27\u00b0 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en materia de conservaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los Ma\u00edces Nativos; as\u00ed como, reformar y adicionar los art\u00edculos 55, 59, 82, 115, 122 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de no reelecci\u00f3n y nepotismo electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo que respecta a la minuta enviada por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, se propone establecer no tener o haber tenido en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os anteriores al d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n una serie de v\u00ednculos (estipulados en el proyecto) con la persona que est\u00e1 ejerciendo la titularidad de la diputaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed mismo, que las personas senadores y senadoras al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n no puedan ser reelectas para el periodo inmediato porterior al ejercicio de su mandato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se a\u00f1ade al mismo que en ning\u00fan caso, podr\u00e1 participar en la elecci\u00f3n para presidencia municipal, las regidur\u00edas y las sindicaturas, la persona que tenga o haya tenido en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os anteriores al d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n diversos v\u00ednculos con la persona que est\u00e1 ejerciendo la titularidad del cargo para el que se postula, por lo que, para tales efectos se establecer\u00e1 la prohibici\u00f3n de la reelecci\u00f3n consecutiva para los cargos antes mencionados, del mismo modo, cuando tengan el car\u00e1cter de propietarias no podr\u00e1n ser electas para el periodo inmediato en car\u00e1cter de suplente, no obstante, las que cuenten con car\u00e1cter de suplente s\u00ed podr\u00e1n ser electas como propietarias para el periodo inmediato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a la minuta enviada por la C\u00e1mara de Senadores en materia de conservaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los Ma\u00edces Nativos, se proyecta que el cultivo de ma\u00edz en territorio nacional sea libre de modificaciones gen\u00e9ticas que superen la barrera natural, como las transg\u00e9nicas, por lo que deber\u00e1 ser evaluado de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales por la bioseguridad, la salud y el patrimonio biocultural de M\u00e9xico y su poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, se busca tambi\u00e9n que el Estado promueva las condiciones id\u00f3neas que permita la generaci\u00f3n de empleo, garantizando a la poblaci\u00f3n campesina su bienestar e incorporaci\u00f3n al desarrollo nacional, obras de infraestructura, servicios de capacitaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n, cr\u00e9ditos, asistencia t\u00e9cnica, entre otros, mediante el fortalecimiento de las instituciones p\u00fablicas
