La actualizaci\u00f3n del marco ambiental estatal, iniciativas en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil,\u00a0 juventud, salud, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, igualdad, inclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad as\u00ed como responsabilidad de los servidores p\u00fablicos, integran la agenda verde que trabajar\u00e1 el diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes en el segundo periodo ordinario de sesiones que inicia este 15 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo en la XVII Legislatura del Congreso de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n
Ante medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1ados del representante de su partido Andr\u00e9s Liceaga asi como regidores de Los Cabos y La Paz, el representante del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico en la XVII Legislatura, dio a conocer su agenda legislativa, la cual dijo, se orienta a la promoci\u00f3n del desarrollo sustentable, porque BCS enfrenta muchos retos ante el cambio clim\u00e1tico y estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Entre las propuestas que trabajar\u00e1 destac\u00f3 la expedici\u00f3n de una Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Residuos S\u00f3lidos para Baja California Sur, reformas a la Ley de Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y Protecci\u00f3n del Ambiente, o en su caso, una nueva ley en la materia, Ley de Econom\u00eda Circular para promover pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles, Ley General en Materia de Bienestar, Cuidado y Protecci\u00f3n de los Animales.<\/p>\n
En materia de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, la modernizaci\u00f3n del marco normativo estatal, la armonizaci\u00f3n con los criterios nacionales as\u00ed como la actualizaci\u00f3n constante de los Atlas de Riesgo Estatales y Municipales.<\/p>\n
En juventud, indic\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 la reducci\u00f3n de costos en los tr\u00e1mites de titulaci\u00f3n universitaria, la modernizaci\u00f3n del marco jur\u00eddico estatal en favor de la juventud.<\/p>\n
En ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva legislaci\u00f3n estatal alineada con la ley general, modificar la denominaci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n legislativa a Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Humanidades, Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como sus facultades.<\/p>\n
En Salud, incorporar el concepto de Salud en la ley \u00a0estatal; en responsabilidades administrativas de los servidores p\u00fablicos., armonizar el marco federal en la materia as\u00ed como incluir las figuras de simulaci\u00f3n de acto jur\u00eddico y nepotismo en la legislaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
En materia de inclusi\u00f3n de Personas con Discapacidad, trabajar\u00e1 iniciativas para actualizar la Ley Estatal para la Inclusi\u00f3n de las Personas con discapacidad estatal y establecer el uso de lectura f\u00e1cil en las instituciones de administraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n
En Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, armonizar el marco normativo estatal para cerrar la brecha salarial de g\u00e9nero y garantizar espacios y transportes p\u00fablicos seguros para mujeres, adolescentes y ni\u00f1as, as\u00ed como la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Igualdad entre Mujeres y Hombres, sin reformas desde 2021.<\/p>\n
Esta agenda busca dar respuesta a las necesidades sociales mediante la creaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de leyes que fortalezcan el desarrollo sustentable y la seguridad de los ciudadanos de Baja California Sur.
