Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones correspondiente al Primer A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional de la XVII Legislatura, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva diputada Arlene Moreno Maciel, se comprometi\u00f3 a trabajar de manera coordinada para sumar esfuerzos con el Poder Ejecutivo y Judicial, as\u00ed como con los cinco ayuntamientos de la entidad, a fin de crear un mejor di\u00e1logo y realizar acciones en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n de Baja California Sur, siempre con una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, por lo que, se comprometi\u00f3 a trabajar en este segundo periodo con un parlamento abierto para escuchar y buscar soluciones de obvia y pronta resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n solemne, desde tribuna, Moreno Maciel hizo una llamado a\u00a0 sus hom\u00f3logos y hom\u00f3logas a la unidad, la colaboraci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n durante el actual periodo, \u201csin\u00a0 importar\u00a0su filiaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica les invito a trabajar juntos para construir un Baja California Sur m\u00e1s justo, igualitario y pr\u00f3spero para todas y todos\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al trabajo legislativo, afirm\u00f3 que estar\u00e1 abierta a estrechar una amplia comunicaci\u00f3n, con la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, encabezada por el diputado Eduardo Valent\u00edn Van Wormer Castro, con quien asegur\u00f3, se\u00a0 tomar\u00e1n las mejores decisiones para el buen funcionamiento de las diversas \u00e1reas que integran el Congreso del Estado, \u201cpues el trabajo en equipo y coordinado ser\u00e1 el eje principal de este segundo periodo, buscando dar resultados eficaces, expeditos y positivos, ya que ah\u00ed, est\u00e1 el verdadero cambio\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, fue puntual al precisar que durante este segundo periodo se trabajar\u00e1, con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, sin tolerancia a acciones o conductas que fomenten o alienten a la violencia, y sobre todo a la violencia dirigida a mujeres y mucho menos a ni\u00f1as, al tener el Poder Legislativo la obligaci\u00f3n de fomentar el respeto y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de todas las personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
