{"id":147823,"date":"2025-03-19T18:33:07","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T01:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147823"},"modified":"2025-03-19T20:47:23","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T03:47:23","slug":"continuan-acciones-de-formacion-para-el-personal-del-sistema-de-justicia-penal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=147823","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faan acciones de formaci\u00f3n para el personal del Sistema de Justicia Penal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-147824 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Justicia-Penal.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Justicia-Penal.jpg 725w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Justicia-Penal-150x83.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 381px) 100vw, 381px\" \/>Con el objetivo de continuar fortaleciendo las acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n del personal operador del Sistema de Justicia Penal en la entidad, se inaugur\u00f3 el taller \u201cEl Actuar del Primer Respondiente\u201d, dio a conocer Jorge Joel Cota Ru\u00edz, titular de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva de la Comisi\u00f3n de Consolidaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Justicia Penal (Seccsjp).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante la presencia del subsecretario de la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, Fernando Gonz\u00e1lez Lu\u00e9vanos; la diputada Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Congreso y Ruth de la Fuente, directora de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal de La Paz, Cota Ru\u00edz resalt\u00f3 la importancia de esta preparaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de las cuales se busca reforzar los conocimientos del personal con funciones de primer respondiente, y asegurar el correcto llenado del Informe Policial Homologado (IPH), una herramienta clave para la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que este programa contempla la formaci\u00f3n de tres grupos, cada uno con una duraci\u00f3n de diez horas, donde se les brindar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n sobre el uso de instrucciones y ejemplos de la manera correcta de registrar la informaci\u00f3n en el IPH y homologar la definici\u00f3n de t\u00e9rminos para reducir los tiempos en el llenado del formato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las capacitaciones ser\u00e1n impartidas por Pedro Antonio Duarte Guluarte, encargado del despacho de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) y se estar\u00e1n realizando en las instalaciones de la Academia Estatal de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la participaci\u00f3n de elementos de instituciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina, Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional, Guardia Nacional, Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste esfuerzo es el resultado del trabajo interinstitucional entre la Seccsjp, Seguridad P\u00fablica estatal y la PGJE, el cual responde al compromiso del gobierno del Estado con la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del personal de seguridad y procuraci\u00f3n de justicia en la entidad, puntualiz\u00f3 Jorge Joel Cota.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de continuar fortaleciendo las acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n del personal operador del Sistema de Justicia Penal en la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":147824,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-147823","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
