{"id":148088,"date":"2025-03-26T13:08:18","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T20:08:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148088"},"modified":"2025-03-26T13:08:18","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T20:08:18","slug":"buro-politico-burocratas-que-sigue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148088","title":{"rendered":"BUR\u00d3 POL\u00cdTICO\/ BUR\u00d3CRATAS, \u00bfQU\u00c9 SIGUE?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-148089 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796-755x448.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"388\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796-755x448.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796-1024x608.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796-150x89.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796-768x456.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/IMG_3796.jpeg 1303w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 388px) 100vw, 388px\" \/>POR ARIEL VILCHIS<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien es cierto que el conflicto laboral entre el Sindicato de Bur\u00f3cratas y el Gobierno Estatal ha escalado por las demandas sindicales relacionadas al salario, prestaciones y derechos de los trabajadores del estado, municipios y organismos descentralizados, es puntual se\u00f1alar que por la parte del gobierno ya se hizo una propuesta formal a su pliego petitorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La respuesta del gobierno a las demandas de la base sindicalizada fue en tiempo y forma, clara, apegada a derecho y con argumentos, ahora tocar\u00e1 ver la reacci\u00f3n de la parte sindical.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, es preciso se\u00f1alar que las acciones que han realizado los trabajadores al manifestarse \u2014que van desde afectar el funcionamiento de algunas oficinas p\u00fablicas (como el caso de cerrar las oficinas de finanzas) o retrasar el trabajo en \u00e1reas como servicios p\u00fablicos (recolecci\u00f3n de basura)\u2014 de ahora en adelante deber\u00e1n estar bien fundamentadas y con bases legales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasta ahora, los plantones o paros laborales escudados en \u201casambleas informativas\u201d por parte del sindicato apenas si rayan en lo legal, es decir, el paro no existe como tal y la asamblea no necesariamente debe ser en horario laboral. Bien podr\u00edan sesionar por las tardes y no afectar a los ciudadanos que acuden a las oficinas de gobierno o requieren alg\u00fan tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resulta hasta c\u00f3mico que hagan paro (asamblea informativa) de 8 am a 3 pm y solo de lunes a viernes.\u00a0 Bueno, los fines de semana son para descansar \u00bfno?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ser m\u00e1s puntual en lo anterior, el sindicato tiene todo el derecho legal y leg\u00edtimo de manifestarse por las condiciones de trabajo de sus agremiados, pero tambi\u00e9n tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de actuar de manera legal, acudir a tribunales y emplazar a huelga si lo considera necesario.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero mantenerse en asamblea permanente para no acudir a los centros de trabajo afectando el funcionamiento del gobierno podr\u00eda considerarse abandono de trabajo y deber\u00e1n entonces aplicarse los descuentos de salario que correspondan.
