{"id":148091,"date":"2025-03-25T13:08:27","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T20:08:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148091"},"modified":"2025-03-26T14:33:01","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T21:33:01","slug":"aprueban-dictamen-en-materia-de-no-reeleccion-y-nepotismo-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148091","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban dictamen en materia de No Reelecci\u00f3n y Nepotismo Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-148092 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DIP-FERNANDO-HOYOS-AGUILAR-250325-2-740x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"426\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DIP-FERNANDO-HOYOS-AGUILAR-250325-2-740x492.jpg 740w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DIP-FERNANDO-HOYOS-AGUILAR-250325-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DIP-FERNANDO-HOYOS-AGUILAR-250325-2-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DIP-FERNANDO-HOYOS-AGUILAR-250325-2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 426px) 100vw, 426px\" \/>Este martes 25 de marzo, el pleno de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de BCS aprob\u00f3 el dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia, relativo a la minuta remitida por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, la cual contiene proyecto de decreto mediante la que se proponen reformas a diversos art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en materia de no reelecci\u00f3n y en contra del nepotismo electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En lo que respecta al contenido de la misma, se reforman y adicionan los art\u00edculos 55, 59, 82, 115,116 y 122 de la Constituci\u00f3n general, de tal manera que, para los fines que se buscan quedar\u00e1 establecido en el marco jur\u00eddico no tener o haber tenido en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os anteriores al d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n una serie de v\u00ednculos con la persona que est\u00e1 ejerciendo la titularidad de la diputaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed mismo, que las personas senadores y senadoras al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n no podr\u00e1n ser reelectas para el periodo inmediato posterior al ejercicio de su mandato. Del mismo modo, en ning\u00fan caso, podr\u00e1n participar en la elecci\u00f3n para presidencia municipal, las regidur\u00edas y las sindicaturas, la persona que tenga o haya tenido en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os anteriores al d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n diversos v\u00ednculos con la persona que est\u00e1 ejerciendo la titularidad del cargo para el que se postula; se establecer\u00e1 la prohibici\u00f3n de la reelecci\u00f3n consecutiva para los cargos antes mencionados, no obstante, las que cuenten con car\u00e1cter de suplente s\u00ed podr\u00e1n ser electas como propietarias para el periodo inmediato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese tenor, el diputado Fernando Hoyos Aguilar, con los argumentos hist\u00f3ricos, pol\u00edticos, sociales y jur\u00eddicos planteados en la reforma en materia de nepotismo electoral y no reelecci\u00f3n presentada por la Presidenta de M\u00e9xico Claudia Sheimbaun Pardo, fue que present\u00f3 al pleno iniciativa mediante la cual pretende homologar a la Constituci\u00f3n estatal los valores, principios y lenguaje incluyente o neutro contemplados en la propuesta de reforma a la constituci\u00f3n general, antes descrita.
