{"id":148420,"date":"2025-04-03T16:25:01","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T23:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148420"},"modified":"2025-04-03T16:25:01","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T23:25:01","slug":"inicia-pgje-investigacion-por-personas-halladas-sin-vida-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148420","title":{"rendered":"Inicia PGJE investigaci\u00f3n por personas halladas sin vida en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur lleva a cabo las diligencias de campo y gabinete para esclarecer los hechos en los que perdieran la vida dos personas, cuyos cuerpos fueron localizados la medianoche del mi\u00e9rcoles 2 de abril, en la carretera a Los Planes, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 11 La Paz \u2013 Los Planes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Aproximadamente a las 23:20 horas, se report\u00f3 que a un lado de la carretera a Los Planes se encontraban dos costales con, al parecer, dos cuerpos de personas sin vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Unidad Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n de Homicidio Doloso, se trasladaron al lugar de los hechos, donde se realizaban las primeras pesquisas bajo los protocolos correspondientes, corroborando que se trata de dos cuerpos en avanzado estado de descomposici\u00f3n, por lo que no se pudo establecer el sexo de las v\u00edctimas, quienes est\u00e1n en calidad de desconocidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Peritos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios Periciales, llevaron a cabo el procesamiento del lugar, en busca de indicios que se adjuntar\u00e1n a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n ordenaron el levantamiento y traslado de los cuerpos al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (SEMEFO) para la pr\u00e1ctica de la necropsia que marca la ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur lleva a cabo las diligencias de campo y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":144820,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-148420","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
