Sin ello, cualquier tr\u00e1mite legal se convierte en un proceso costoso, lento y en muchos casos inaccesible\u00bb,\u00a0subray\u00f3 V\u00e1zquez Jacinto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La diputada enfatiz\u00f3 que los servicios notariales y registrales deben\u00a0mantener su car\u00e1cter de funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<strong>,<\/strong> con un enfoque de servicio social, sin que se conviertan en privilegio de unos pocos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa busca que el Estado retome su papel como rector y garante de estos servicios, asegurando que su costo no represente una barrera para la poblaci\u00f3n.
