este mi\u00e9rcoles el acto de reapertura del camino vecinal San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo-Cabo Pulmo, un gesto firme por defender los derechos hist\u00f3ricos del pueblo sudcaliforniano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El mandatario estatal asegur\u00f3 que su gobierno actuar\u00e1 con respeto a la legalidad, a su vez con decisi\u00f3n para evitar abusos y despojos que atenten contra el patrimonio com\u00fan. \u201cNo se permitir\u00e1 que trasgredan los derechos del pueblo\u201d. \u201cVamos a regresar lo que es de todas y todos\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Castro Cos\u00edo fue enf\u00e1tico al declarar que la defensa del territorio no est\u00e1 re\u00f1ida con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico. \u201cNo debe existir desconfianza de que se vaya la inversi\u00f3n, ya que en esta acci\u00f3n se defiende a la patria.\u201d Por lo tanto, precis\u00f3 que las autoridades se mantendr\u00e1n atentas para evitar que se repitan hechos similares en otras zonas del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, reiter\u00f3 que el desarrollo no debe significar despojo, y que su administraci\u00f3n tomar\u00e1 las medidas necesarias para proteger los recursos y el acceso libre de las y los ciudadanos a sus tierras y caminos tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Gobernador sostuvo que la recuperaci\u00f3n del camino no representa un conflicto con el sector empresarial, y llam\u00f3 a quienes enfrentan situaciones similares a buscar acuerdos dentro del marco legal. \u201cQuien invierta debe respetar nuestras tradiciones y nuestras comunicaciones, como es el camino costero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo puntualiz\u00f3 que desde el Gobierno del Estado tambi\u00e9n se atender\u00e1 el tema de los accesos p\u00fablicos a las playas, ante las denuncias ciudadanas que se\u00f1alan restricciones ilegales de estos espacios que son de las y los habitantes
