{"id":148706,"date":"2025-04-10T19:24:38","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T01:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148706"},"modified":"2025-04-10T19:24:38","modified_gmt":"2025-04-11T01:24:38","slug":"solicitan-a-sipinna-y-sep-emitan-lineamientos-para-entornos-seguros-para-ninez-y-adolescencias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148706","title":{"rendered":"Solicitan a SIPINNA y SEP emitan lineamientos para entornos seguros para ni\u00f1ez y adolescencias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-148707 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-739x492.jpg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-1536x1022.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-250410-4-2048x1363.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 398px) 100vw, 398px\" \/>A fin de evitar reducir afectaciones en el proceso de aprendizaje de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes por el uso de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, como celulares, tablets y pantallas, el Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, emiti\u00f3 un exhorto al Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes de Baja California Sur (SIPINNA) y a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica estatal, para que emitan lineamientos para propiciar entornos digitales seguros para la prevenci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La asamblea legislativa respald\u00f3 el dictamen de las comisiones unidas de Asuntos Educativos y de los Derechos de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes a una propuesta con punto de acuerdo presentada por la diputada Karina Olivas Parra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los lineamientos tienen el objetivo de eliminar el uso de dispositivos en planteles educativos, salvo en los casos estrictamente para fines educativos y de emergencia, ya que el llamado del poder legislativo busca fomentar un ambiente libre de distracciones que permita que la ni\u00f1ez y los adolescentes se enfoquen plenamente en sus actividades acad\u00e9micas y potencien la capacidad de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso de la SEP, el Congreso le extendi\u00f3 un llamado para que encabece el an\u00e1lisis de viabilidad para la emisi\u00f3n de dichos lineamientos para propiciar entornos digitales seguros para la prevenci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescentes en instituciones de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe precisar que el disminuir o administrar el uso de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos en planteles coadyuvar\u00e1n, adem\u00e1s de eliminar los factores de distracci\u00f3n, a prevenir el ciberacoso, bullying, grooming y dem\u00e1s conductas que atenten contra la comunidad estudiantil mermando sus capacidades de aprendizaje y salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A fin de evitar reducir afectaciones en el proceso de aprendizaje de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes por el uso de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":148707,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-148706","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
