del Estado, aprobaron por unanimidad el dictamen de reformas al C\u00f3digo Civil presentado por el diputado Venustiano P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez, con la finalidad de que la aclaraci\u00f3n y rectificaci\u00f3n de actas del Registro Civil ya no se realicen mediante un juicio entre tribunales -mismos que resultan costosos y retardados para el ciudadano- sino mediante un procedimiento administrativo para corregir los datos contenidos en ellas cuando resulten ser\u00a0 inexactos, err\u00f3neos, incompletos y desactualizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Fue la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia integrada por el diputado Eduardo Van Wormer, presidente y los diputados Sergio Guluarte Cese\u00f1a y Fernando Hoyos Aguilar, secretarios respectivamente, quienes dictaminaron procedente la iniciativa, despu\u00e9s de varias reuniones de trabajo sostenidas con magistrados y jueces del Poder Judicial, la Direcci\u00f3n Estatal del Registro Civil y la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el dictamen presentado en la sesi\u00f3n del jueves 10 de abril, se plasma el otorgamiento de facultades legales al Registro Civil estatal para que mediante un proceso que no podr\u00e1 ser mayor a 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles, resuelva\u00a0 las solicitudes de los ciudadanos que cotidianamente acuden a las oficial\u00edas del registro en los cinco municipios del Estado y a la direcci\u00f3n estatal del registro para aclarar, rectificar, anular y reponer actas de nacimiento, reconocimiento de hijos, adopci\u00f3n, matrimonio, divorcio y defunci\u00f3n,\u00a0 busc\u00e1ndose la certeza jur\u00eddica en los actos registrales que se susciten en el Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con ello, los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n resolver sin necesidad de acudir a juicios, la rectificaci\u00f3n de sus documentos registrales, que son esenciales para cualquier tr\u00e1mite de la vida diaria, que cuando no est\u00e1n correctos, trastornan la vida de las personas provoc\u00e1ndoles problemas de toda \u00edndole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El hablar en favor del dictamen, el diputado Venustiano P\u00e9rez, hizo un reconocimiento a la comisi\u00f3n dictaminadora por sacar adelante esta reforma \u201cque tiene un alto contenido social, porque beneficia a la gente que menos tiene, a la gente que no tiene para pagar abogados e iniciar un juicio para rectificar datos, a la gente que no puede hacer un tr\u00e1mite por tener mal su acta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El decreto se mandar\u00e1 publicar al Ejecutivo del Estado para que lo antes posible pueda entrar en vigencia y el Registro Civil del Estado y sus oficiales en los municipios puedan empezar a atender a la poblaci\u00f3n que tenga estas problem\u00e1ticas en sus actas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pleno de las y los diputados del Congreso del
