{"id":148893,"date":"2025-04-15T14:58:21","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T20:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148893"},"modified":"2025-04-15T14:58:21","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T20:58:21","slug":"se-compromete-el-procurador-en-funciones-a-investigar-denuncias-presentadas-por-fraude-contra-inmobiliaria-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=148893","title":{"rendered":"Se compromete el Procurador en funciones a investigar denuncias presentadas por fraude contra inmobiliaria en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-148894 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-271-2025-4-755x467.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"394\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-271-2025-4-755x467.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-271-2025-4-150x93.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-271-2025-4-768x476.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-271-2025-4.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px\" \/>Atender de manera justa y de acuerdo al marco legal el asunto que presentaron la ma\u00f1ana del martes 15 de abril, personas que se dicen defraudadas por una inmobiliaria en La Paz, se comprometi\u00f3 el procurador en funciones, Antonio L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un grupo de aproximadamente 30 personas, acompa\u00f1adas de algunos periodistas, arribaron a las oficinas de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), para exponer la problem\u00e1tica que viven por la venta fraudulenta de terrenos ubicados en la parte posterior al fraccionamiento Camino Real, en La Paz, desde el 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al recibir a algunos de los ofendidos en la sala de juntas, L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez escuch\u00f3 se\u00f1alamientos de diversas irregularidades de dicha empresa, entre las principales, la inexistencia de documentos oficiales que acrediten su propiedad, para poder realizar diversos tr\u00e1mites y solicitar la introducci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos, en la colonia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, manifestaron su inconformidad por los sistemas de cobro utilizados, intimidaciones y el despojo de terrenos, a las familias que se atrasan en el pago de las mensualidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de conocer la situaci\u00f3n por la que atraviesan, el Procurador de Justicia en funciones, inform\u00f3 la labor investigativa que realizar\u00e1 la PGJE; les sugiri\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de denuncia por cada persona afectada, y reiter\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n puntual de cada caso para resolver conforme a derecho, el acto que expusieron, con apariencia de delito y, en su caso, les sea reparado el da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atender de manera justa y de acuerdo al marco legal el asunto que presentaron la ma\u00f1ana del martes 15 de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":148894,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-148893","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
