{"id":149420,"date":"2025-04-30T07:55:08","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T13:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=149420"},"modified":"2025-04-30T07:55:08","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T13:55:08","slug":"logran-acuerdos-gobierno-estatal-y-el-sindicato-de-burocratas-en-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=149420","title":{"rendered":"Logran acuerdos Gobierno Estatal y el Sindicato de Bur\u00f3cratas en BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-149421 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS-755x424.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS-755x424.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS-1024x575.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS-150x84.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS-768x431.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-0140-ACUERDOS.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 376px) 100vw, 376px\" \/>El Gobierno del Estado y el Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores al Servicio de los Poderes del Estado, Municipios e Instituciones Descentralizadas de Baja California Sur (SUTSPEMIDBCS), lograron acuerdos de mejora en prestaciones econ\u00f3micas y sociales de la burocracia sudcaliforniana, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer Jorge Humberto Bautista Rodr\u00edguez, subsecretario de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que este martes, durante la Asamblea Estatal Extraordinaria, y de manera simult\u00e1nea en las cinco secciones municipales, se aprob\u00f3 un aumento del 6.5% en sueldo y sobresueldo, y un 7% en bonos, a excepci\u00f3n del bono navide\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, el Gobierno del Estado y los Ayuntamientos destinar\u00e1n una bolsa extraordinaria de recursos como becas a trabajadores sindicalizados que deseen continuar sus estudios, o bien, para sus hijos, lo que sin duda beneficiar\u00e1 a la clase trabajadora de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Bautista Rodr\u00edguez enfatiz\u00f3 que las negociaciones se llevaron en el marco del di\u00e1logo y el respeto, condiciones que distinguen a esta administraci\u00f3n, encabezada por el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que cada uno de los puntos se analizaron de manera responsable, de tal forma que no afectara las finanzas p\u00fablicas y la operatividad de los servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda, respetando la mejora de las circunstancias salariales de las y los trabajadores sindicalizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, reiter\u00f3 que el Gobierno del Estado se encuentra abierto al di\u00e1logo y a los acuerdos, buscando garantizar un equilibrio en los intereses de la clase trabajadora.
