{"id":149671,"date":"2025-05-06T21:39:51","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T03:39:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=149671"},"modified":"2025-05-06T21:39:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T03:39:51","slug":"exhortan-a-pgje-bcs-realice-las-investigaciones-necesarias-en-el-delito-de-maltrato-animal-en-ciudad-constitucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=149671","title":{"rendered":"Exhortan a PGJE BCS realice las investigaciones necesarias en el delito de maltrato animal en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-149672 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"370\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-739x492.jpg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-1536x1022.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PLENO-2048x1363.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/>El pleno de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, aprob\u00f3 el dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Ecolog\u00eda y Medio Ambiente, mediante el cual se exhorta a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur (PGJEBCS), a que realice de manera pronta y expedita las investigaciones necesarias en el caso bajo carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n CST\/1089\/2024\/NUC, misma que se apertura por el delito de Maltrato de Animal Dom\u00e9stico en Grado Consumado, la cual fue iniciada en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n el 26 de diciembre de 2024, por lo hechos ocurridos en Puerto San Carlos, Municipio de Comond\u00fa, y que actualmente se encuentra en la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y su Judicializaci\u00f3n 1, en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, municipio de Comond\u00fa, solicitado en el momento procesal oportuno una sanci\u00f3n ejemplar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Del mismo modo para que, los ayuntamientos de Los Cabos, La Paz, Comond\u00fa, Loreto y Muleg\u00e9, en cumplimiento a lo normado en la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de los Animales Dom\u00e9sticos para Baja California Sur, y con el objeto de erradicar y sancionar el maltrato y actos de crueldad hacia los animales, realicen las acciones de su competencia establecidas en el art\u00edculo 9 de la ley en comento y, de ser necesario apliquen las sanciones administrativas correspondientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Finalmente, con el fin de fortalecer el Centro Municipal de Atenci\u00f3n Canina, se incluye una modificaci\u00f3n con el objeto de se\u00f1alar con mayor claridad, la especial atenci\u00f3n al cumplimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas NOM-033-SAG\/ZOO-2014 y la NOM-042SSA2 2006, que establecen los m\u00e9todos de sacrificio a los animales, garantizando buenos niveles de bienestar, con el prop\u00f3sito de disminuir al m\u00e1ximo el dolor, sufrimiento, ansiedad y estr\u00e9s; considerando las modificaciones pertinentes acorde con el acuerdo aprobado en el XVIII Ayuntamiento de La Paz, mismo que se encuentra vigente, relativo a la no autorizaci\u00f3n y otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento o permisos relacionados con la venta de artificios pirot\u00e9cnicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pleno de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, aprob\u00f3 el dictamen presentado por la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":149672,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-149671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
