Legislatura del Congreso del Estado turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Comerciales y Tur\u00edsticos la iniciativa presentada por la diputada Cristina Contreras Rebollo, mediante la cual propone adicionar una fracci\u00f3n a la Ley de Turismo para el Estado de Baja California Sur, para implementar el Turismo Regenerativo, un modelo que permitir\u00e1 restaurar ecosistemas claves, como manglares y dunas, fortaleciendo la resiliencia ambiental y protegiendo los recursos que sustentan la industria tur\u00edstica.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La promovente a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, para alcanzar el objetivo antes mencionado, se deber\u00e1 trabajar de manera coordinada entre los sectores p\u00fablico, privado y social, fomentando la resiliencia, la reciprocidad y la vinculaci\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica entre visitantes, comunidades y el entorno, para garantizar el desarrollo integral y sostenible, conforme a las disposiciones legales aplicables.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Ah\u00ed mismo, Contreras Rebollo precis\u00f3 que la iniciativa toma mayor relevancia al ser el turismo un pilar fundamental en la econom\u00eda de Baja California Sur, un estado reconocido por su extraordinaria biodiversidad, paisajes \u00fanicos y atractivos naturales que incluyen \u00e1reas protegidas como el Parque Nacional Cabo Pulmo y la Reserva de la Bi\u00f3sfera Sierra de la Laguna; sin embargo, dijo, el crecimiento exponencial de dicha actividad ha generado impactos negativos significativos en los ecosistemas, las comunidades locales y los recursos naturales, incorporando con el Turismo Regenerativo programas de restauraci\u00f3n de manglares, proyectos de reforestaci\u00f3n en la Sierra de la Laguna, talleres educativos sobre la conservaci\u00f3n marina en Los Cabos, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La representante popular finaliz\u00f3 al sentenciar que \u201cla incorporaci\u00f3n del turismo regenerativo en la Ley de Turismo de Baja California Sur es una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para posicionar al estado como l\u00edder en pr\u00e1cticas tur\u00edsticas responsables, alineadas con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible y las demandas globales de un turismo consciente\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
