sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 439px) 100vw, 439px\" \/>Con el objetivo de avanzar en la reinserci\u00f3n social y la mejora del Sistema Penitenciario en Baja California Sur, realizaron la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria 2025 de la Comisi\u00f3n Intersecretarial de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal, que preside el secretario General de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, inform\u00f3 el titular de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva de la Comisi\u00f3n de Consolidaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Justicia Penal, Jorge Joel Cota Ru\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este evento, donde se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de las y los integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de autoridades operadoras del sistema de ejecuci\u00f3n penal, presentaron resultados de actividades realizadas por este \u00f3rgano, destacando los esfuerzos entre dependencias gubernamentales, para fortalecer el sistema de justicia penal en el estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los temas expuestos consistieron en el enfoque hacia la reinserci\u00f3n social de las Personas Privadas de la Libertad (PPL), con especial atenci\u00f3n en el fortalecimiento de los programas de capacitaci\u00f3n laboral, educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y acceso a servicios de salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante esta sesi\u00f3n, Norma Patricia Regalado Herrera, directora General del Sistema Penitenciario, dio a conocer los avances en estos programas, resaltando las acciones llevadas a cabo para mejorar las condiciones de los centros penitenciarios, promover la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y reintegraci\u00f3n de los PPL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social, present\u00f3 la propuesta para la creaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Estatal de Fomento Laboral Penitenciario, cuyo objetivo ser\u00e1 proporcionar opciones de empleo y autoempleo, aline\u00e1ndose con las recomendaciones de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cota Ru\u00edz, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso y voluntad de las \u00e1reas involucradas en continuar reforzando las labores en materia de ejecuci\u00f3n penal y reinserci\u00f3n social en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
