acuerdan aumento salarial del 5.25%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-150559 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Cobach-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Cobach-1.jpg 725w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Cobach-1-150x83.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 363px) 100vw, 363px\" \/>No habr\u00e1 huelga en el Colegio de Bachilleres (Cobach) de Baja California Sur este lunes 26 de mayo, como estaba programado, luego del acuerdo alcanzado de un incremento salarial del 5.25%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de que el emplazamiento a huelga se prorrog\u00f3 por tercera ocasi\u00f3n del 16 al 26 de mayo, el Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Baja California Sur (Sutcbebcs), anunci\u00f3 que ya fue cerrada la negociaci\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, inform\u00f3 que el aumento impactar\u00e1 de forma directa a 23 prestaciones econ\u00f3micas ligadas al salarial, cinco de ellas que corresponden a conceptos de previsi\u00f3n social, y las 18 restantes con contractuales contempladas en el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acuerdo establece que el incremento tendr\u00e1 efectos retroactivos al mes de enero pasado, y deber\u00e1 pagarse a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de junio pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que inicialmente el ofrecimiento del gobierno estatal hab\u00eda sido de un 4.21%, correspondiente a la inflaci\u00f3n, que no fue aceptado por los sindicalizados, que demandaban al menos el 6.5% por concedido a la burocracia estatal y federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, al final aceptaron el 5.25%, y al respecto, la dirigencia sindical que encabeza, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Duarte Jim\u00e9nez, dijo que visitar\u00e1n los centros de trabajo de todo el Estado durante los primeros d\u00edas de junio, para dialogar con los trabajadores sobre el proceso y cierre de la negociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se justific\u00f3 que la negociaci\u00f3n fue una muestra de madurez y responsabilidad sindical, donde no se cedi\u00f3 ni concedi\u00f3, y que la negociaci\u00f3n se concluy\u00f3 con dignidad el pasado 22 de mayo, sin prisas, pero con decisi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n de largo plazo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No habr\u00e1 huelga en el Colegio de Bachilleres (Cobach) de Baja California Sur este lunes 26 de mayo, como estaba<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":150559,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-150558","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>No habr\u00e1 huelga en Cobach;
