Impacto Presupuestal, propuestos por la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, quienes tomaron protesta este mismo martes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El diputado Eduardo Van Wormer Castro, presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado present\u00f3 ante el pleno la propuesta, destacando la trayectoria de ambos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El resultado de la votaci\u00f3n fue el siguiente: 15 votos a favor del licenciado Roberto Cervantes de La Pe\u00f1a,\u00a0 uno en contra\u00a0 y una abstenci\u00f3n, mientras que Fernando Gracia Aguilar, logr\u00f3 15 votos a favor, 2 en contra y 0 abstenciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde ahora, el licenciado Roberto Cervantes de La Pe\u00f1a, estar\u00e1 al frente del\u00a0 Instituto de Estudios Legislativos, un centro de investigaci\u00f3n, consulta y encargado de fortalecer el trabajo parlamentario, a trav\u00e9s del estudio, acopio de informaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y adiestramiento en materia legislativa, tal como ya se cuenta en otros congresos de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el licenciado Fernando Gracia Aguilar, el frente de la Unidad de Impacto Presupuestario (UIP), es un \u00f3rgano especializado que emitir\u00e1 dict\u00e1menes de estimaci\u00f3n de impacto presupuestario de las iniciativas que se propongan en el Poder Legislativo tal y como lo establecen las leyes de Disciplina Financiera de las Entidades y Municipios y de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Estos dict\u00e1menes deber\u00e1n sujetarse a los criterios metodol\u00f3gicos para estimar el impacto presupuestario de iniciativas o decretos que apruebe la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (JUGOCOPO).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
