Y eligi\u00f3 para que la justicia cambie\u201d; la representante de Acci\u00f3n Nacional, diputada Lupita Salda\u00f1a calific\u00f3 el hecho como un \u201cfracaso monumental\u201d, donde el nivel de abstenci\u00f3n rebas\u00f3 los m\u00e1rgenes profetizados, mientras que el abanderado del PRI Fabrizio Del Castillo afirm\u00f3 que en cada proceso democr\u00e1tico, lo m\u00e1s importante es llegar lo m\u00e1s cercano al 100% de la participaci\u00f3n de votantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo al orden del d\u00eda, la diputada Salda\u00f1a fue la primera en emitir un pronunciamiento respecto al tema; destac\u00f3 que aproximadamente en todo el pa\u00eds solo el 13% del listado nominal acudi\u00f3 a las urnas y en Baja California Sur, s\u00f3lo sufragaron 63 mil personas, del que rest\u00e1ndole los votos nulos ser\u00edamos uno de los estados con m\u00e1s baja participaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa escasa participaci\u00f3n electoral se debe a que la reforma judicial naci\u00f3 de un gobierno que no busca mejorar la justicia en M\u00e9xico, esa justicia que s\u00ed anhelamos todos\u201d, pronunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la abanderada de Morena en defensa de la elecci\u00f3n dijo que la participaci\u00f3n registrada en la jornada, aunque no fue igual a las de otras elecciones, representa un primer paso fundamental en la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva cultura democr\u00e1tica en el \u00e1mbito de la justicia, \u201cEl pueblo comenz\u00f3 a apropiarse del poder judicial, ejerciendo su soberan\u00eda directamente en las urnas\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La legisladora refrend\u00f3 su compromiso con una justicia abierta, democr\u00e1tica y honesta, \u201cNuestra responsabilidad como Congreso es seguir perfeccionando el marco normativo, dotar de presupuesto suficiente a las instituciones que hacen valer el derecho\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dijo que como legisladores deben generar leyes que fortalezcan el acceso a la justicia para todos los sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente los m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asegur\u00f3 que las y los sudcalifornianos participaron con madurez y convicci\u00f3n en la elecci\u00f3n de magistraturas y juzgados de distrito, lo que sienta las bases para un nuevo tipo de relaci\u00f3n entre ciudadan\u00eda y justicia, pues consider\u00f3 que ya no bastar\u00e1 con una carrera judicial cerrada o con el respaldo de una \u00e9lite acad\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su oportunidad el diputado Fabrizio Del Castillo Miranda afirm\u00f3 que en cualquier proceso democr\u00e1tico lo m\u00e1s importante es llegar lo m\u00e1s cerca posible al 100% de la participaci\u00f3n de votantes, \u201cEse es el gran reto que tenemos todos los partidos pol\u00edticos y todos los perfiles quienes estamos participando directamente en pol\u00edtica los porcentajes son estad\u00edsticas, lo m\u00e1s importante es, insisto, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y que cuando se formule un nuevo esquema democr\u00e1tico se haga con tiempo y que est\u00e9 bien pensado y no al vapor solamente con ocurrencias\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diputados de diferente extracci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica debatieron en la tribuna del Congreso del Estado sobre la elecci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial en<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":151010,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-151009","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
