han sido atentados en el ejercicio de sus funciones por investigar, juzgar o salvaguardar la seguridad p\u00fablica de Baja California Sur\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la diputada Karina Olivas Parra, al presentar al pleno iniciativa mediante la cual se propone adicionar un segundo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 132, adicionar un \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 136, adicionar un segundo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 140 y adicionar la fracci\u00f3n X al art\u00edculo 144, todos del C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de BCS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Ah\u00ed mismo, <\/span>Olivas Parra asever\u00f3 que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa, se duplicar\u00edan las penas de las lesiones y del homicidio, al calificarlos por el simple hecho de cometerse en contra de servidores p\u00fablicos por motivo de sus funciones de seguridad p\u00fablica, de investigaci\u00f3n de delitos, de procuraci\u00f3n o administraci\u00f3n de justicia en materia penal, de ejecuci\u00f3n de penas, de su c\u00f3nyuge o de sus parientes en l\u00ednea recta o colateral hasta el cuarto grado o con quien viva en concubinato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">Afirm\u00f3 que, de garantizar una protecci\u00f3n legal a las funciones de todas las corporaciones policiales abonar\u00eda a la seguridad de toda la ciudadan\u00eda y el mantenimiento del orden p\u00fablico, as\u00ed como la disuasi\u00f3n de la violencia, el respeto a la funci\u00f3n policial, fortalecimiento de la seguridad p\u00fablica, entre otros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">La representante popular mencion\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, la propuesta se fundamenta dado que en M\u00e9xico, al menos 70 polic\u00edas han sido asesinados en lo que va del 2025, equivalente a un promedio de 1.4 agentes ca\u00eddos por d\u00eda, de los cuales, 49 eran agentes municipales, 16 estatales y 5 federales, seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n civil \u201cCauda en Com\u00fan\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
