{"id":151143,"date":"2025-06-06T07:40:41","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T13:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=151143"},"modified":"2025-06-06T07:40:41","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T13:40:41","slug":"fgr-debe-tener-criterio-mas-amplio-cuando-pescadores-transportan-combustible-dice-gobernador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=151143","title":{"rendered":"FGR debe tener criterio m\u00e1s amplio cuando pescadores transportan combustible, dice Gobernador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-151144 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0-738x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0-738x492.jpeg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0-150x100.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-JPEG-4CD4-B764-59-0.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 377px) 100vw, 377px\" \/>El gobernador, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, consider\u00f3 que fueron pocos los aut\u00e9nticos pescadores que se manifestaron el martes pasado en Palacio de Gobierno, sin embargo, estableci\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) debe actuar con un criterio m\u00e1s amplio en el transporte de hidrocarburos, considerando la lejan\u00eda de las comunidades pesqueras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero tambi\u00e9n advirti\u00f3 que es muy peligroso transportar m\u00e1s de 300 litros de gasolina en veh\u00edculo por carreteras y caminos, de ah\u00ed que ese sea el motivo por el cual la autoridad federal solamente se ve obligada a aplicar la ley, ya que \u201csi hubiera una explosi\u00f3n de 600 litros de gasolina en la carretera, pues nos iban a responsabilizar a nosotros, decir por qu\u00e9 lo permite el gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, record\u00f3 que por la situaci\u00f3n de violencia y tr\u00e1fico de sustancias il\u00edcitas que se vive actualmente, es necesario reforzar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n, tanto para frenar estos actos il\u00edcitos, como para dar mayor protecci\u00f3n a la misma ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coment\u00f3 que por ahora no queda m\u00e1s que apegarse a la ley, y transportar los 300 litros como m\u00e1ximo que permite la ley, y no rebasar esa cantidad, como en el caso del pescador que fue detenido con 680 litros, y que es el motivo por el cual se han dado esta serie de manifestaciones y muestras de inconformidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Insisti\u00f3 en que la Fiscal\u00eda se tiene que apegar a lo que establece la ley, ya que no es un asunto de criterio, sin embargo, luego consider\u00f3 que la FGR debe tener un criterio m\u00e1s amplio en las zonas donde no hay donde cargar combustible, siempre y cuando haya respeto, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que lo m\u00e1s acertado es que se legisle al respecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a la protesta del pasado martes, sostuvo que, \u201cno llegaba ni a diez pescadores\u201d, aunque agreg\u00f3 que ser\u00eda bueno que hubiera un planteamiento formal de lo que demandan, ya que est\u00e1n en su leg\u00edtimo derecho de protestar, dado que todav\u00eda hay situaciones injustas en la entidad.
