gratuitos para personas con afecciones emocionales, asociadas o no al consumo de estupefacientes, como se refleja en el proyecto autorizado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Salud Mental y Adicciones (CONASAMA) para que el Gobierno del Estado Sur opere una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica de apoyo psicol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Esta acci\u00f3n fue confirmada por el comisionado Nacional de Salud Mental y Adicciones, Francisco Jos\u00e9 Guti\u00e9rrez Rodr\u00edguez durante una visita a Baja California Sur, a fin de estrechar la coordinaci\u00f3n con el sector salud en el estado para optimizar la atenci\u00f3n de pacientes con este tipo de afecciones, indic\u00f3 la titular de Salud, Ana Luisa Guluarte Castro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Este proyecto que fue presentado en 2024 por la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Salud Mental, CESMA, a cargo de Juan Pablo Pe\u00f1a, avalado por la autoridad federal, tiene la expectativa de que inicie el segundo semestre de 2025 para brindar orientaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento a personas cuyo bienestar est\u00e1 comprometido, al no lograr la gesti\u00f3n eficiente de emociones complejas, precis\u00f3 la m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Coment\u00f3 que se tienen protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n ante situaciones cr\u00edticas, que incluyen evaluaci\u00f3n, derivaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de pacientes; se prev\u00e9 el fortalecimiento de la plantilla de profesionales de la salud debidamente calificados para brindar intervenciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que actualmente CESMA mantiene trabajo coordinado con C4, que tiene a su cargo el n\u00famero de emergencia 911, para atender llamadas por crisis emocionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Guluarte Castro enfatiz\u00f3 que son acciones que impulsa el estado, junto con jornadas de tamizaje en escuelas y comunidades, para identificar y brindar tratamientos oportunos a personas que presentan se\u00f1ales de alerta por estas afecciones, con la perspectiva de que no evolucionen a fases de mayor severidad como pueden ser los comportamientos suicidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
