{"id":151574,"date":"2025-06-17T11:46:28","date_gmt":"2025-06-17T17:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=151574"},"modified":"2025-06-17T11:46:28","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T17:46:28","slug":"investigan-muerte-de-una-persona-a-balazos-en-ciudad-constitucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=151574","title":{"rendered":"Investigan muerte de una persona a balazos en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-151575 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-06-17-a-las-10.44.53\u202fa.m-755x417.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"427\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-06-17-a-las-10.44.53\u202fa.m-755x417.png 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-06-17-a-las-10.44.53\u202fa.m-150x83.png 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-06-17-a-las-10.44.53\u202fa.m-768x424.png 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-06-17-a-las-10.44.53\u202fa.m.png 792w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/>Este martes 17 de junio aproximadamente a las 09:38 de la ma\u00f1ana, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur recibi\u00f3 el reporte de una persona\u00a0sin vida por\u00a0disparo de arma de fuego en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, por lo que de\u00a0inmediato, inici\u00f3 las indagaciones y abri\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AEIC), y personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios Periciales acudieron al lugar\u00a0corroborando lo anterior, localizaron en un domicilio que se ubica\u00a0en las calles Corregidora de Quer\u00e9taro y bulevar Agust\u00edn Olachea, colonia Centro, sobre el piso, el cuerpo de un hombre de complexi\u00f3n delgada, tez morena, estatura media, de aproximadamente 25 a\u00f1os de edad, que viste un short de color gris rayado, sudadera negra y tenis negros, con lesiones producidas, al parecer,\u00a0por\u00a0disparo de arma de fuego, a quien personal de servicios param\u00e9dicos ya hab\u00edan declarado sin vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especialistas en materia de criminal\u00edstica de campo, efectuaron el an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento del lugar de intervenci\u00f3n, para buscar y levantar toda clase de indicios con la debida cadena de custodia, para trasladarlos a\u00a0los laboratorios de la instituci\u00f3n para su an\u00e1lisis y posterior dictamen, que coadyuvar\u00e1 al\u00a0esclarecimiento de los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cuerpo fue trasladado al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (Semefo) para la necropsia de ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El occiso est\u00e1 en calidad de desconocido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este martes 17 de junio aproximadamente a las 09:38 de la ma\u00f1ana, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":151575,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-151574","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
