Durante el encuentro, se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de erradicar la tortura, al considerarla una pr\u00e1ctica inadmisible que atenta contra la dignidad humana y los derechos fundamentales. Se enfatiz\u00f3 que <strong>esta conducta no debe ser normalizada bajo ninguna circunstancia<\/strong> y que debe prevalecer una pol\u00edtica de <strong>cero tolerancia;<\/strong> se acord\u00f3 continuar con las mesas de an\u00e1lisis durante un a\u00f1o a fin de evaluar los resultados de la estrategia y en su caso replantearla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Entre los principales objetivos de esta estrategia nacional se encuentran: Informar a servidores p\u00fablicos y ciudadan\u00eda sobre qu\u00e9 es la tortura, difundir los mecanismos de prevenci\u00f3n, denuncia, sanci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de esta grave violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos, as\u00ed como generar conciencia sobre su impacto profundo en la vida y dignidad de las personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur se sum\u00f3 a la estrategia mediante la difusi\u00f3n de materiales informativos, as\u00ed como a trav\u00e9s del impulso de acciones legislativas encaminadas a prevenir, atender y reparar los delitos relacionados con la tortura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se exhorta a todas las personas que hayan sido v\u00edctimas de tortura o de cualquier trato cruel, inhumano o degradante a <strong>presentar su denuncia de forma an\u00f3nima al n\u00famero 069<\/strong>, comunicarse al <strong>911 en caso de emergencia<\/strong>, o <strong>acudir a la fiscal\u00eda m\u00e1s cercana a su domicilio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La <strong>XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de sus comisiones legislativas, refrenda \u00a0compromiso firme con la defensa y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, as\u00ed como con la erradicaci\u00f3n total de la tortura en todas sus formas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Entre las Instituciones participantes estuvieron el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur, la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos, la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Gobierno del Estado, la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de B\u00fasqueda de Personas, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado, la Comisi\u00f3n de Trata de Personas en BCS, la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Salud Mental y Adicciones (Secretar\u00eda de Salud) y representantes de los cinco ayuntamientos del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de la Estrategia Nacional Contra la Tortura y con motivo de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Internacional de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":152052,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-152051","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
