{"id":152057,"date":"2025-06-27T10:23:33","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T16:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=152057"},"modified":"2025-06-27T10:50:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T16:50:32","slug":"ratifica-el-congreso-de-bcs-a-antonio-lopez-rodriguez-como-procurador-de-justicia-del-estado-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=152057","title":{"rendered":"Ratifica el Congreso de BCS a Antonio L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez como Procurador de Justicia del Estado de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-152058 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PLENO-1-740x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PLENO-1-740x492.jpg 740w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PLENO-1-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PLENO-1-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/PLENO-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, el Pleno de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la designaci\u00f3n del licenciado Antonio L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez como Procurador de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur, cargo que desempe\u00f1a desde hace dos meses como encargado de despacho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que preside la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda present\u00f3 el resolutivo en atenci\u00f3n a la propuesta de ratificaci\u00f3n de L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez como procurador de justicia, enviada por el Gobernador del Estado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>De acuerdo al proceso estipulado en la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo y la Constituci\u00f3n estatal, L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez compareci\u00f3 ante integrantes de la legislatura, ante quienes present\u00f3 su plan de trabajo; posteriormente la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, diputada Arlene Moreno Maciel instruy\u00f3 la votaci\u00f3n por c\u00e9dula secreta, logrando el consenso de los 21 integrantes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>\u201cEl anhelo de justicia y paz no es una consigna pol\u00edtica, es un clamor social, tambi\u00e9n es un deber moral (\u2026) para encabezar este encargo se requiere sensibilidad, firmeza, m\u00e1s que un pensamiento estrat\u00e9gico y sobre todo, un compromiso total con la legalidad, con las v\u00edctimas, con las familias que han sufrido consecuencias del crimen y con la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d, dijo L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez en la tribuna legislativa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El ahora procurador, no omiti\u00f3 referirse a la situaci\u00f3n de hechos de violencia que han ocurrido en los cinco municipios, \u201cno puedo dejar pasar el que durante los \u00faltimos meses la tranquilidad que ha distinguido al Estado de BCS, se ha visto opacada con actos violentos provenientes de grupos que obedecen e intereses oscuros, sin embargo, acot\u00f3, estos acontecimientos no representan la totalidad de nuestra realidad\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con su plan de trabajo, desarrollar\u00e1 cinco ejes referentes a profesionalizaci\u00f3n, reorganizaci\u00f3n y reestructura, coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, mejora en los procesos penales y combate frontal al crimen y recuperaci\u00f3n de la paz.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, el Pleno de la XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":152058,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-152057","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
