Luis Alberto L\u00f3pez L\u00f3pez, \u00c1rbitro Presidente del Pleno del Tribunal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje para los Trabajadores al Servicio de los Poderes del Estado y Municipios de Baja California Sur, con el objeto de sostener un di\u00e1logo con los integrantes de esta soberan\u00eda popular, a fin de construir una reforma legal que permita garantizar los derechos laborales del denunciante, as\u00ed como, de evitar el quebranto de las arcas p\u00fablicas por el pago de laudos laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el representante popular consider\u00f3 importante conocer cu\u00e1ntos juicios est\u00e1n en proceso, cu\u00e1ntos recursos p\u00fablicos se han erogado para solventar el pago de laudos condenatorios, acuerdos elevados a laudos, correspondientes a todos los entes p\u00fablicos que se rigen por la Ley Burocr\u00e1tica estatal. Lo anterior, con la finalidad de construir un propuesta legislativa integral que agilice la justicia laboral y evite el desfonde de las arcas p\u00fablicas para el pago de laudos e indemnizaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez, indic\u00f3 importante puntualizar que la justicia laboral es una garant\u00eda constitucional, y que las resoluciones judiciales deben cumplirse.
