present\u00f3 un Punto de Acuerdo mediante el cual le solita al Senado de la Rep\u00fablica rechazar la iniciativa de la senadora Lilly T\u00e9llez que busca reformar el art\u00edculo 4\u00ba constitucional para definir a \u201chombre y mujer\u201d \u00fanicamente por el sexo biol\u00f3gico al nacer, al considerar que esta propuesta es excluyente y afecta los derechos humanos, la propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de la Diversidad Sexual para su an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Torres Garc\u00eda, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en la exposici\u00f3n de motivos que, la propuesta de la senadora, legalmente, en los hechos si afecta y excluye a los hombres y mujeres trasn, contribuyendo a su invisibilidad y a quienes, en los hechos, la historia y la evoluci\u00f3n legislativa -federal y estatal les ha escatimado por mucho tiempo su reconocimiento, reiterando que la iniciativa en cuesti\u00f3n coadyuva a preservar espacios exclusivos para mujeres y protegerlas, pero excluye de manera evidente a las mujeres trans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La legisladora asever\u00f3 que la iniciativa deja fuera a personas no binarias e intersexuales, \u201cse trata de personas que nacen con caracter\u00edsticas biol\u00f3gicas que no encajan en las definiciones t\u00edpicas de masculino o de femenino, sus cuerpos tienen rasgos sexuales diversos que no corresponden a las definiciones que pretende insertar en el texto constitucional la senadora en menci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ah\u00ed mismo a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que de acuerdo con la encuesta nacional sobre diversidad sexual y de g\u00e9nero (ENDISEG) 2021,<a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/42EAA55F-05DE-4588-A97D-F052464F6539#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> de las personas que se autoidentifican como LGBTI+ por su orientaci\u00f3n sexual, 2.3 millones son bisexuales, lo que representa 51.7 por ciento del total de esta poblaci\u00f3n, el 34.8 por ciento es tras g\u00e9nero o\u00a0 transexual, por lo que dadas las estad\u00edsticas y de aprobarse la reforma planteada, \u201c\u00bfd\u00f3nde quedan los derechos de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo grupo?\u201d, cuestion\u00f3 la representante popular, diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"applewebdata:\/\/42EAA55F-05DE-4588-A97D-F052464F6539#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>
