\"\"En cumplimiento del compromiso por fortalecer los mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno del Estado y la base trabajadora, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n formal de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Escalaf\u00f3n del Poder Ejecutivo, inform\u00f3 el subsecretario de Administraci\u00f3n, Jorge Humberto Bautista Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, expres\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n de esta comisi\u00f3n representa un instrumento clave para garantizar los derechos escalafonarios del personal sindicalizado al servicio de la administraci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A trav\u00e9s de estos mecanismos, coment\u00f3, se dar\u00e1 seguimiento a los procesos de corrimiento, se emitir\u00e1n convocatorias para la asignaci\u00f3n de plazas vacantes, tanto definitivas como interinas, y se promover\u00e1 la aplicaci\u00f3n de criterios claros, transparentes y equitativos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Cabe mencionar que todo trabajador sindicalizado, tiene la oportunidad de participar en este proceso, en el cual las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Escalaf\u00f3n tienen la tarea y responsabilidad de ascender a sus mejores perfiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Con este ejercicio, el Gobierno del Estado reafirma su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de una administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica eficiente, justa y orientada al bienestar de las y los trabajadores que la integran.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
