\"\"Con la finalidad de contar con redes de apoyo para aquellas personas que enfrentan crisis psicol\u00f3gicas y requieran ayuda de emergencia a trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero 9.1.1, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado imparte capacitaci\u00f3n a personal de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud en el tema de Introducci\u00f3n al Sistema de Emergencias 9.1.1, previo a su integraci\u00f3n al Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaci\u00f3n y C\u00f3mputo (C4).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Al respecto, la encargada del \u00e1rea de capacitaci\u00f3n de este centro, Rosario de F\u00e1tima S\u00e1nchez Matus, explic\u00f3 que en estos espacios de formaci\u00f3n se comparte con los participantes\u00a0el m\u00e9todo de funcionamiento de este servicio, as\u00ed como protocolos de atenci\u00f3n y despacho de llamadas, con el fin de brindar a la ciudadan\u00eda una respuesta eficiente y, sobre todo, con calidez humana durante momentos de crisis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En este sentido, inform\u00f3 que se proyecta la incorporaci\u00f3n de trabajadores de la Unidad de Salud Mental y Adicciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, en apoyo a operadores telef\u00f3nicos en el municipio de La Paz, para la atenci\u00f3n en situaciones de crisis emocionales y psicol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Finalmente, S\u00e1nchez Matus destac\u00f3 que con esta incorporaci\u00f3n se fortalecer\u00e1 la capacidad de respuesta del C4, ampliando el apoyo psicol\u00f3gico que el 9.1.1 brinda a la poblaci\u00f3n, consolidando el trabajo interinstitucional entre los sectores de seguridad y salud en beneficio de las y los sudcalifornianos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
