La pena de prisi\u00f3n se aumentar\u00e1 en una mitad y se le inhabilitar\u00e1 de uno a cuatro a\u00f1os para ocupar cargo, empleo o comisi\u00f3n p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n en tribuna, en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el representante del Partido Verde Ecologista (PVEM), afirm\u00f3 que con iniciativas como \u00e9sta, se busca reducir la incidencia de da\u00f1o ambiental, asegurando una mayor protecci\u00f3n al medio ambiente para garantizar un mejor futuro a las pr\u00f3ximas generaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adujo que\u00a0 nuestra legislaci\u00f3n aun no regula el denominado \u201cdelito contra la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, el cual se traduce a nivel estatal entendiendo a este delito como la manipulaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para obtener permisos ambientales, traduci\u00e9ndose en conductas espec\u00edficas como asentar datos falsos en los registros con el prop\u00f3sito de simular el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la normatividad ambiental estatal o actuando como prestador de servicios en materia ambiental de jurisdicci\u00f3n estatal o municipal falte a la verdad provocando un da\u00f1o al ambiente o a los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa, que fue asignada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia e implica reformar la denominaci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo vig\u00e9simo tercero \u201cDelitos contra el medio ambiente\u201d y adicionar un art\u00edculo 373 BIS al C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes, propuso establecer en la legislaci\u00f3n penal el \u201cDelito contra la Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental\u201d, con una<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":155239,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-155238","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
