{"id":155288,"date":"2025-09-11T14:54:18","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T20:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155288"},"modified":"2025-09-11T14:54:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T20:54:18","slug":"uabcs-y-congreso-del-estado-suman-esfuerzos-para-fortalecer-cultura-de-proteccion-civil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155288","title":{"rendered":"UABCS y Congreso del Estado suman esfuerzos para fortalecer cultura de Protecci\u00f3n Civil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-155289 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/11-09-25-Taller-proteccion-civil-congreso-del-estado-1-755x448.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"394\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/11-09-25-Taller-proteccion-civil-congreso-del-estado-1-755x448.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/11-09-25-Taller-proteccion-civil-congreso-del-estado-1-150x89.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/11-09-25-Taller-proteccion-civil-congreso-del-estado-1-768x455.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/11-09-25-Taller-proteccion-civil-congreso-del-estado-1.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px\" \/>Con miras a fortalecer la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n y brindar a la ciudadan\u00eda herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para actuar de manera organizada ante emergencias derivadas de ciclones tropicales, sismos e incendios, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Taller B\u00e1sico de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, organizado por el Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, a trav\u00e9s del diputado Sergio Guluarte Cese\u00f1a, como secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante esta jornada, participaron l\u00edderes de colonias del IV Distrito, quienes recibieron una capacitaci\u00f3n por parte de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur en temas fundamentales de prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta a emergencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La instrucci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del Dr. Miguel \u00c1ngel Imaz Lamadrid, jefe del Departamento Acad\u00e9mico de Ingenier\u00eda en Pesquer\u00edas y especialista en protecci\u00f3n civil, quien en su momento lider\u00f3 la elaboraci\u00f3n del Atlas de Riesgo para Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El taller incluy\u00f3 din\u00e1micas y contenidos enfocados en reforzar las capacidades comunitarias ante escenarios de riesgo, resaltando la importancia de la organizaci\u00f3n ciudadana como un factor clave para salvar vidas y minimizar da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El evento tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del director Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Francisco Cervantes Navarro; el Subsecretario de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, H\u00e9ctor Amparano Herrera; y el Lic.
