{"id":155312,"date":"2025-09-11T15:42:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T21:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155312"},"modified":"2025-09-11T15:42:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T21:42:16","slug":"aceptan-haber-cometido-el-robo-y-reciben-sentencia-de-3-anos-4-meses-de-prision-en-comondu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155312","title":{"rendered":"Aceptan haber cometido el robo y reciben sentencia de 3 a\u00f1os 4 meses de prisi\u00f3n en Comond\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-155313 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-725.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"393\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-725.png 735w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-725-150x80.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 393px) 100vw, 393px\" \/>Ante los datos de prueba presentados por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Judicializaci\u00f3n N\u00famero 2, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur, Herbert Noe \u201cN\u201d y Cristian Emmanuel \u201cN\u201d, de apodo \u201cel chicha\u201d, en la Audiencia Intermedia, celebrada el pasado viernes 5 de septiembre en el Centro de Justicia de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, aceptaron haber cometido un robo el 14 de abril del 2024, en un domicilio de la colonia Pueblo Nuevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los datos de prueba expuestos por la representaci\u00f3n social, la madrugada del 14 de abril del 2024, los acusados Herbert Noe \u201cN\u201d y Cristian Emmanuel \u201cN\u201d, alias El chicha\u201d, llegaron al domicilio ubicado en calle Belisario Dom\u00ednguez y F\u00e9lix Ortega, en la colonia Pueblo Nuevo, donde \u201cel chicha\u201d salta la barda para introducirse al patio, de donde sustrajo una caja de pl\u00e1stico con diversa herramienta, se la pasa por encima del cercado a Herbert Noe \u201cN\u201d, y ambos huyen del lugar, con rumbo desconocido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Una vez que se someti\u00f3 al procedimiento abreviado en la audiencia en menci\u00f3n los ahora sentenciados admitieron el hecho por el cual se les acus\u00f3, por lo que el juez de control, escuchada la aceptaci\u00f3n de los hechos, dict\u00f3 la sentencia privativa de la libertad de 3 a\u00f1os 4 meses, la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y 1 d\u00eda de multa para los culpables del il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con la obtenci\u00f3n de sentencias condenatorias la PGJE prueba en los hechos su compromiso de combatir la impunidad en todos los \u00e1mbitos de su competencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante los datos de prueba presentados por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Judicializaci\u00f3n N\u00famero<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":155313,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-155312","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
