{"id":155354,"date":"2025-09-12T19:36:22","date_gmt":"2025-09-13T01:36:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155354"},"modified":"2025-09-12T19:36:22","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T01:36:22","slug":"proponen-aumentar-de-3-a-10-anos-el-tiempo-de-prescripcion-de-delitos-cometidos-por-servidores-o-ex-servidores-publicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155354","title":{"rendered":"Proponen aumentar de 3 a 10 a\u00f1os el tiempo de prescripci\u00f3n de delitos cometidos por servidores o ex servidores p\u00fablicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-155355 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DIP-LUPITA-VAZQUEZ-JACINTO-2509099-4-739x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"391\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DIP-LUPITA-VAZQUEZ-JACINTO-2509099-4-739x492.jpeg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DIP-LUPITA-VAZQUEZ-JACINTO-2509099-4-150x100.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DIP-LUPITA-VAZQUEZ-JACINTO-2509099-4-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DIP-LUPITA-VAZQUEZ-JACINTO-2509099-4.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 391px) 100vw, 391px\" \/>Con el objeto de que servidores o ex servidores p\u00fablicos que hubiesen sido desleales en su actuar en el ejercicio de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, puedan ser investigados y castigados de manera oportuna, la diputada Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez Jacinto, present\u00f3 al pleno una iniciativa que busca aumentar de tres a diez a\u00f1os el periodo de la prescripci\u00f3n en los delitos de ejercicio il\u00edcito del servicio p\u00fablico y uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese tenor la iniciativa plantea una adici\u00f3n al p\u00e1rrafo tercero del art\u00edculo 109 del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Baja California Sur, a fin de garantizar que el periodo de tiempo de la prescripci\u00f3n de los delitos cometidos por servidores p\u00fablicos que ostentan un cargo en una instituci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, no corra en favor de quienes cometan estas conductas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl aumento busca espec\u00edficamente combatir la corrupci\u00f3n, eliminar la impunidad; y garantizar que quien afecte el patrimonio p\u00fablico de los sudcalifornianos pueda ser investigado en un periodo de tiempo razonable, en esa tesitura, el aumento en el periodo de la prescripci\u00f3n en estos delitos no se trata de una medida punitiva excesiva, sino m\u00e1s bien una herramienta proporcional y necesaria para garantizar la justicia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas\u201d, sentenci\u00f3 V\u00e1zquez Jacinto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, propone reformar el art\u00edculo 268 del C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Baja California Sur, mismo que se\u00f1ala la definici\u00f3n de servidor p\u00fablico, en tal virtud, se propone sea armonizado este concepto con lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 156 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objeto de que servidores o ex servidores p\u00fablicos que hubiesen sido desleales en su actuar en el ejercicio<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":155355,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-155354","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
