2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 357px) 100vw, 357px\" \/>A fin de terminar con vac\u00edos en la ley, la diputada Karina Olivas Parra (PT) propuso en el Congreso de Baja California Sur, tipificar el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo de alquiler, incorporando diversas hip\u00f3tesis del il\u00edcito en el C\u00f3digo Penal estatal, lo que permitir\u00eda a las autoridades de impartici\u00f3n de justicia la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley a los responsables de este tipo de il\u00edcitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Y es que, la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, dentro del delito de robo equiparado no contempla las hip\u00f3tesis relativas a los veh\u00edculos de arrendamiento, puesto que actualmente la encuadra en el delito de abuso de confianza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta adiciona una fracci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 228 Ter del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado, en la que se prev\u00e9n los supuestos en casos de: desmantelamiento o comercializaci\u00f3n; enajenaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico o permuta; alteraci\u00f3n o reproducci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n; alteraci\u00f3n de la serie del veh\u00edculo; traslado del veh\u00edculo a otra entidad federativa o al extranjero sin la autorizaci\u00f3n de su propietario, y por el uso del veh\u00edculo en la comisi\u00f3n de otros delitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cIndiscutiblemente se auxiliar\u00eda sobre manera a las y los Ministerios P\u00fablicos del Estado en la investigaci\u00f3n y persecuci\u00f3n de los delitos relacionados, de ah\u00ed la necesidad de perfeccionar la legislaci\u00f3n penal, y que sea considerado como robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo de motor, cuando sea cometido sobre un veh\u00edculo arrendado, expuso Olivas Parra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe precisar que la propuesta eman\u00f3 de diversas arrendadoras de veh\u00edculos asentadas en el Estado; durante la legislatura pasada el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz (PT) realiz\u00f3 mesas de trabajo que derivaron en la presentaci\u00f3n de una iniciativa en la materia, sin embargo, se emiti\u00f3 un dictamen, pero no se concluy\u00f3 el proceso legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el pa\u00eds, existen legislaturas como la de Sonora y Quintana
