El gobernador del estado, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, acompa\u00f1ado del secretario General de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, sostuvo un encuentro de trabajo con integrantes del Colegio de Notarios de Baja California Sur, que preside Nancy Hevia Aguiar, ante quienes ratific\u00f3 el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n estatal de sumarse a la campa\u00f1a nacional del mes del testamento.<\/p>\n

En su mensaje, el mandatario resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este tr\u00e1mite, como un acto legal, el cual avala la correcta distribuci\u00f3n de los bienes de una persona despu\u00e9s de su fallecimiento, garantizando la tranquilidad de las familias, sin complicaciones legales, expres\u00f3, al subrayar la necesidad de fortalecer la cultura de previsi\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n hacia los seres queridos.<\/p>\n

Durante la reuni\u00f3n, la presidenta del Colegio de Notarios present\u00f3 el informe de actividades correspondiente al periodo febrero-septiembre de 2025, destacando avances en la mejora del servicio notarial.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 que, como apoyo a la comunidad, el costo del testamento se fijar\u00e1 en 2 mil 600 pesos con IVA incluido, lo que representa un descuento del 50 %, con vigencia hasta el mes de octubre.<\/p>\n

Al finalizar, el Gobernador subray\u00f3 que elaborar un testamento no solo significa un legado de seguridad, sino un gesto de responsabilidad familiar. \u201cRecordemos que cada testamento es un conflicto menos en los tribunales y un paso m\u00e1s hacia una sociedad con paz y tranquilidad\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
