{"id":155919,"date":"2025-09-25T07:17:14","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T13:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155919"},"modified":"2025-09-25T07:17:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T13:17:23","slug":"constitucion-y-constituyentes-de-bcs-testigo-del-inicio-de-la-vida-democratica-de-bcs-diputado-fabrizio-del-castillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=155919","title":{"rendered":"\u201cConstituci\u00f3n y Constituyentes de BCS\u201d, testigo del inicio de la vida democr\u00e1tica de BCS: Diputado Fabrizio del Castillo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-155920 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/PRESENTACION-CONSTITUCION-Y-CONSTITUYENTES-250924-3-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"250\" \/>Con la obra \u201cConstituci\u00f3n y Constituyentes de Baja California Sur\u201d del Maestro Eligio Mois\u00e9s Coronado, primer Oficial Mayor del Congreso de Baja California Sur, \u00a0podemos ser testigos de primera mano de c\u00f3mo comenz\u00f3 la vida democr\u00e1tica en nuestro Estado, de c\u00f3mo fueron determinados procesos legislativos relevantes y de qui\u00e9nes dise\u00f1aron y emitieron nuestras primeras leyes estatales nuestra Carta Magna Estatal, expres\u00f3 el diputado Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda durante la presentaci\u00f3n de la segunda edici\u00f3n de la obra literaria que se realiz\u00f3 en el Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La presentaci\u00f3n fue comentada por la presidenta del Poder Judicial, magistrada Claudia Jeanette Cota Pe\u00f1a quien observ\u00f3 cinco principios de la obra entre las que destac\u00f3 el estudiar la g\u00e9nesis y evoluci\u00f3n de las normas; la equidad de g\u00e9nero, el que el Maestro Coronado es el primer miembro del Estado de Baja California Sur de la Academia Mexicana de la Lengua, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSu obra en conjunto es patrimonio cultural de las y los sudcalifornianos el cual se integra por otros libros, cr\u00f3nicas y relatos que le han merecido tan alta distinci\u00f3n\u201d, apunt\u00f3 la lideresa del poder judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el diputado Del Castillo Miranda, autor del pr\u00f3logo destac\u00f3 la relevancia del texto, puesto que su tema central es el inicio del \u00f3rgano legislativo sudcaliforniano y que sintetiza el pacto pol\u00edtico de la uni\u00f3n e independencia como Estado Libre y Soberano de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, es un documento que hace una importante contribuci\u00f3n a la historia, la antropolog\u00eda social y cultural, as\u00ed como el desarrollo pol\u00edtico y social de nuestra entidad federativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el autor comparti\u00f3 la narrativa de algunos momentos claves que hoy forman parte de la historia pol\u00edtica de Baja California Sur, como la integraci\u00f3n del Congreso, su designaci\u00f3n como primer Oficial Mayor, el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de delegados municipales, la creaci\u00f3n de las primeras leyes, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la obra \u201cConstituci\u00f3n y Constituyentes de Baja California Sur\u201d del Maestro Eligio Mois\u00e9s Coronado, primer Oficial Mayor del Congreso<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-155919","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
