Castro Cos\u00edo y el director general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (CONAVI), Rodrigo Ch\u00e1vez Contreras, encabezaron una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo en la que se present\u00f3 un balance del Programa Nacional de Vivienda para el Bienestar en Baja California Sur, mediante el cual se dio a conocer que las primeras acciones podr\u00edan entregarse antes de que concluya el presente a\u00f1o, en cumplimiento de uno de los compromisos asumidos por la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, en la que tambi\u00e9n participaron el alcalde de Los Cabos, Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez, as\u00ed como los representantes estatales de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) y de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), se coment\u00f3 la posibilidad de que las personas asentadas en el arroyo \u201cSalto Seco\u201d sean las primeras en ser reubicadas hacia zonas m\u00e1s seguras, con el objetivo de evitar afectaciones durante la temporada de lluvias a causa de los escurrimientos pluviales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las autoridades destacaron que, aunque la estrategia inici\u00f3 en Los Cabos, tambi\u00e9n se expusieron los avances en el resto de la entidad, donde se trabaja para garantizar los espacios destinados a la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas y conformar el padr\u00f3n de hogares beneficiados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se comunic\u00f3 que pr\u00f3ximamente se realizar\u00e1 una nueva reuni\u00f3n en el municipio de Los Cabos, en la que se presentar\u00e1n m\u00e1s detalles sobre el censo y fecha tentativa para las entregas, ya que la fase inicial del proyecto reporta logros significativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo reiter\u00f3 su reconocimiento a la presidenta de M\u00e9xico por considerar a Baja California Sur para el inicio de este esquema nacional, el cual permitir\u00e1 atender de manera relevante la necesidad de miles de familias de contar con una vivienda digna, reafirmando as\u00ed el compromiso de ambos gobiernos con el bienestar
