\"\"La XVII Legislatura emiti\u00f3 su resoluci\u00f3n sobre diversas cuentas p\u00fablicas del ejercicio fiscal 2023, destacando la aprobaci\u00f3n de las correspondientes al Tribunal Estatal Electoral (TRIEE) de Baja California Sur y la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal del Agua (CEA), \u00a0mientras que neg\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n al Instituto Sudcaliforniano del Deporte (INSUDE), al Organismo Operador de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Loreto (OOMSAPAS Loreto), al Instituto de Vivienda (INVI) y al Ayuntamiento de Comond\u00fa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del jueves 9 de octubre fueron aprobados los dict\u00e1menes presentados por la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado, que integran las diputadas Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, presidenta, Teresita Valent\u00edn, secretaria y el diputado Fernando Hoyos, secretario.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En ese sentido, el Congreso aprob\u00f3 las cuentas p\u00fablicas 2023 del TRIEE y de la CEA,\u00a0bas\u00e1ndose en la opini\u00f3n legal y t\u00e9cnica de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Baja California Sur (ASEBCS); la aprobaci\u00f3n incluye salvedades y la instrucci\u00f3n al TRIEE y CEA, de implementar las acciones y medidas necesarias en sus \u00e1reas administrativas para cumplir con las recomendaciones de la ASEBCS y evitar la reincidencia de las omisiones detectadas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Por otro lado, las cuentas del INSUDE, OOMSAPAS Loreto, INVI y el Ayuntamiento de Comond\u00fa, no fueron aprobadas por no haber presentado en forma la situaci\u00f3n financiera conforme a lo estipulado por las leyes de contabilidad gubernamental y de informaci\u00f3n gubernamental emitidas por el Consejo Nacional de Armonizaci\u00f3n Contable (CONAC).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Aunque sus cuentas no fueron aprobadas, ambos organismos han sido instruidos a tomar medidas correctivas para cumplir con lo estipulado por la ASE y evitar la reincidencia de las omisiones detectadas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Durante la discusi\u00f3n sobre el INSUDE, la diputada Lupita Salda\u00f1a se pronunci\u00f3 a favor del dictamen. Destac\u00f3 que la dependencia registr\u00f3 42 observaciones de la ASEBCS, que sumaban un monto de aproximadamente 142 millones de pesos. Aclar\u00f3 que solo se lograron solventar seis de estas observaciones, por lo que el monto restante sin justificar asciende a 112 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

En otro punto, la diputada tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 irregularidades en la cuenta p\u00fablica del INVI. Observ\u00f3 que al instituto se le asign\u00f3 un presupuesto de $155 millones, pero ejerci\u00f3 cerca de $161 millones. Sin embargo, enfatiz\u00f3 que se registr\u00f3 un subejercicio de 104 millones de pesos, es decir, dinero que no se gast\u00f3, \u00abDeber\u00eda de haber 104 millones de pesos, pero no, el dinero desapareci\u00f3\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
