El certamen distingue las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de comit\u00e9s ciudadanos que observan el correcto desempe\u00f1o de las administraciones p\u00fablicas y la adecuada aplicaci\u00f3n de los programas sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ado por la Contralora General del Estado, Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto, el mandatario estatal destac\u00f3 que estos procesos de participaci\u00f3n fortalecen la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, ya que son las propias comunidades quienes presentan propuestas de mejora y acciones de vigilancia que promueven la transparencia y combaten la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la primera categor\u00eda \u201cAcciones de los Comit\u00e9s\u201d, el proyecto denominado Comit\u00e9 Colina de la Cruz recibi\u00f3 el primer lugar, con un premio de 15 mil pesos; el segundo sitio fue para el Comit\u00e9 Ciudad del Cielo; con 10 mil pesos; y el tercer lugar para Mujeres Emprendedoras de Baja California Sur; con un premio de 8 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, en la segunda categor\u00eda de \u201cAcciones de Vigilancia Ciudadana en la Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica\u201d, se reconoci\u00f3 al primer sitio del proyecto titulado \u201cCapit\u00e1n\u201d, con 15 mil pesos; el segundo, para Justiciero Urbano, con 10 mil pesos; y el tercero, para el Proyecto de Compensaci\u00f3n Ambiental Ejido Alfredo V.
