la PGJE investiga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-157430 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/573885750_1146023820992066_294449728306008354_n-755x485.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"356\" height=\"229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/573885750_1146023820992066_294449728306008354_n-755x485.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/573885750_1146023820992066_294449728306008354_n-150x96.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/573885750_1146023820992066_294449728306008354_n-768x494.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/573885750_1146023820992066_294449728306008354_n.jpg 826w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 356px) 100vw, 356px\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur, inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n derivada del reporte recibido la ma\u00f1ana de este martes 28, del director de la escuela primaria Francisco Gonz\u00e1lez Bocanegra, de la presencia de una pistola en la mochila de un estudiante de 7 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el reporte recibido a las 09:25 de la ma\u00f1ana en los n\u00fameros de emergencia, un elemento de la Polic\u00eda Municipal acudi\u00f3 por el llamado del director del centro de estudios, al 911, quien acudi\u00f3 y revis\u00f3 la mochila del ni\u00f1o, corroborando que no era de juguete, sino a su parecer, es calibre .22 mil\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al tener conocimiento de los hechos, agentes de investigaci\u00f3n de la PGJE se trasladaron al sitio, confirmando lo anterior, procediendo al resguardo seguro del arma, corroborando que es de .22 mil\u00edmetros y no estaba ten\u00eda ninguna bala cargada, tampoco el cartucho;
