Tambi\u00e9n plantea modificar la denominaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Protecci\u00f3n Civil a \u00abComisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos\u00bb, incorporando en su \u00e1mbito de estudio y competencia todo lo relativo a la normatividad, prevenci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos en el Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador Agundez Cervantes explic\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos y la protecci\u00f3n civil son conceptos complementarios: la primera se enfoca en la prevenci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n de desastres, mientras que la segunda se centra en la respuesta y recuperaci\u00f3n ante emergencias. Ambos enfoques, dijo, conforman un sistema integral que fortalece la seguridad y el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con esta reforma, se busca fortalecer la seguridad y el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n mediante un sistema integral que combine la prevenci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n de desastres con la respuesta y recuperaci\u00f3n ante emergencias.
