En el marco del cuarto a\u00f1o de gobierno, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social (STByDS), a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para los Trabajadores del Estado de Baja California Sur (ICATEBCS), inform\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de 33 mil personas han recibido capacitaci\u00f3n en todo el estado, fortaleciendo sus habilidades para el empleo y el emprendimiento.<\/p>\n

\n

Solo en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, 11 mil 586 sudcalifornianos participaron en 919 cursos que sumaron m\u00e1s de 25 mil horas de formaci\u00f3n, impartidos en los cinco municipios. Los programas abarcaron desde oficios tradicionales hasta nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y servicios, priorizando la inclusi\u00f3n de mujeres, j\u00f3venes y personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n

\n

En colaboraci\u00f3n con instituciones como ISMUJERES, ISIPD y SEDIF, se ofrecieron cursos especializados que promueven la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, la igualdad de oportunidades y la empleabilidad en comunidades rurales y urbanas.<\/p>\n

\n

Adem\u00e1s, el Instituto fortaleci\u00f3 su infraestructura con la restauraci\u00f3n del Aula M\u00f3vil, la instalaci\u00f3n de una cabina de locuci\u00f3n para pr\u00e1cticas de comunicaci\u00f3n y el proyecto ICAT-GLAM, que impulsa la profesionalizaci\u00f3n en oficios creativos. Estas acciones han permitido acercar la formaci\u00f3n a zonas apartadas y diversificar los campos de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n

\n

Durante este cuarto a\u00f1o, ICATEBCS tambi\u00e9n se posicion\u00f3 a nivel internacional, al integrarse a las redes de la UNESCO sobre educaci\u00f3n para el trabajo, compartiendo buenas pr\u00e1cticas con instituciones latinoamericanas y consolidando a Baja California Sur como referente nacional en capacitaci\u00f3n con enfoque de inclusi\u00f3n y calidad.<\/p>\n

Con estos resultados, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo reafirma su compromiso de promover la capacitaci\u00f3n como herramienta estrat\u00e9gica para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del estado.<\/p>\n
