California Sur, a trav\u00e9s de las comisiones unidas de Asuntos Educativos y de los Derechos de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (NNA), llevar\u00e1 a cabo este lunes 1 de diciembre, mesas de trabajo y consulta ciudadana con el objetivo de recibir opiniones, comentarios y aportaciones relacionadas con la iniciativa que propone adicionar el art\u00edculo 20 Bis a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado, actualmente en an\u00e1lisis legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se desarrollar\u00e1 en el Auditorio de Ciencias Sociales la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur, iniciando a las 9:00 horas con un acto protocolario, seguido por cinco mesas simult\u00e1neas en el Edificio de Posgrado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se convoca a estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media superior, docentes y directivos, madres y padres de familia, autoridades educativas, instituciones de seguridad p\u00fablica y justicia, organismos de protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos, y especialistas en materia de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La diputada Teresita Valent\u00edn, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de NNA, destac\u00f3 que este ejercicio tiene como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer el an\u00e1lisis legislativo, incorporando las perspectivas de quienes intervienen en la operaci\u00f3n de acciones relacionadas con la seguridad y la protecci\u00f3n de la comunidad escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Esta consulta reconoce y respeta los protocolos y lineamientos ya existentes en los planteles, y busca favorecer una coordinaci\u00f3n institucional m\u00e1s clara y arm\u00f3nica mediante lo que la iniciativa propone establecer en la Ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con el fin de garantizar la participaci\u00f3n de todas las personas interesadas, el Congreso habilit\u00f3 un formulario digital disponible en su p\u00e1gina oficial y redes sociales,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbcs.gob.mx\/encuestas\/consulta\/index.html\">https:\/\/www.cbcs.gob.mx\/encuestas\/consulta\/index.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cada persona podr\u00e1 participar una sola vez y deber\u00e1 hacerlo dentro del sector que le corresponda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Los resultados de las mesas de trabajo y de la consulta digital ser\u00e1n integrados en una relator\u00eda que se remitir\u00e1 a las comisiones dictaminadoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Congreso del Estado reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con un proceso legislativo abierto, transparente y participativo, que coloque en el centro el inter\u00e9s superior de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes,
