{"id":158752,"date":"2025-12-02T15:01:03","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T22:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=158752"},"modified":"2025-12-02T15:01:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T22:01:03","slug":"mantiene-invi-la-vigencia-del-programa-peso-a-peso-hasta-el-19-de-diciembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=158752","title":{"rendered":"Mantiene INVI la vigencia del programa \u201cPeso a Peso\u201d hasta el 19 de diciembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-144039 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FOTO-BOLETIN-1448-INVI-PESO-A-PESO-755x425.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"226\" \/>El Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Vivienda de Baja California Sur (INVI), inform\u00f3 que el programa de incentivos Peso a Peso permanecer\u00e1 disponible hasta el viernes 19 de diciembre, ofreciendo a las personas con cr\u00e9dito activo la posibilidad de obtener descuentos relevantes y mejorar su econom\u00eda familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el director general del Instituto, Benjam\u00edn Garc\u00eda Meza, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que quienes se mantienen al corriente en sus pagos pueden disminuir su saldo hipotecario mediante el esquema de aportaci\u00f3n igualada, lo que representa un descuento directo del 50%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso de las y los beneficiarios con rezago en sus aportaciones, el programa contempla un 30% de descuento al momento de regularizarse, medida que favorece la recuperaci\u00f3n financiera de los hogares y estimula el cumplimiento oportuno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Meza indic\u00f3 que las oficinas del INVI brindan atenci\u00f3n en los cinco municipios del estado, de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 15:00 horas, donde personal especializado ofrece orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo para resolver dudas, revisar estatus de cr\u00e9dito y agilizar tr\u00e1mites.
