Sur (API-BCS), el gobernador del estado, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, reconoci\u00f3 los resultados alcanzados por este organismo, al destacar su eficiencia en la administraci\u00f3n de recursos y su contribuci\u00f3n al bienestar de las y los sudcalifornianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El mandatario estatal subray\u00f3 que el desempe\u00f1o de la empresa portuaria demuestra que la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica ofrece mejores resultados aun en contextos complejos, cuando existe planeaci\u00f3n, responsabilidad y visi\u00f3n de largo plazo, reflejados en un manejo ordenado de los recursos y en una pol\u00edtica orientada a fortalecer la operaci\u00f3n institucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se inform\u00f3 que la API registr\u00f3, por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo, un super\u00e1vit financiero del 10.4 por ciento en el periodo de enero a octubre de 2025, equivalente a m\u00e1s de 33.5 millones de pesos adicionales a lo programado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se dio a conocer que la Administraci\u00f3n Portuaria increment\u00f3 en 56 por ciento sus ingresos ordinarios, al pasar de 269 millones de pesos en 2021 a 421 millones de pesos en 2024, como resultado de una gesti\u00f3n eficiente y de una operaci\u00f3n responsable de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Este crecimiento ha permitido consolidar inversiones estrat\u00e9gicas en infraestructura portuaria y acciones sociales, con una visi\u00f3n de desarrollo sostenible para las comunidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el balance de resultados de enero a octubre de 2025, se inform\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de 28 obras y acciones, con una inversi\u00f3n superior a 90 millones de pesos, enfocadas en mejorar la infraestructura portuaria y elevar la calidad de vida de las y los sudcalifornianos, adem\u00e1s de presentar avances en los tres ejes estrat\u00e9gicos que gu\u00edan el quehacer de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se abordaron los proyectos previstos para 2026, actualmente en etapa de integraci\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1n presentados en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al concluir la sesi\u00f3n, el Gobernador reiter\u00f3 que los resultados alcanzados confirman que el compromiso con el desarrollo debe traducirse en acciones concretas que
