\"\"Con motivo del cierre del periodo legal para la entrega del aguinaldo, el Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral de Baja California Sur (CCL) mantiene atenci\u00f3n gratuita para orientar a las personas trabajadoras que no hayan recibido esta prestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

La titular de la dependencia estatal, Magdalena Gallegos Ort\u00edz inform\u00f3 que, una vez concluida la fecha l\u00edmite de pago, se incrementan las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n, por lo que el CCL refuerza su capacidad de atenci\u00f3n para canalizar cada caso conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Detall\u00f3 que la orientaci\u00f3n inicial permite identificar si existe un posible incumplimiento, si el pago fue proporcional al tiempo laborado o si es necesario iniciar un proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n laboral, lo que brinda certeza jur\u00eddica y evita confusiones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cLa finalidad es que las personas cuenten con informaci\u00f3n clara y oportuna para conocer su situaci\u00f3n y tomar decisiones informadas\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que el Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral trabaja de manera coordinada con la Procuradur\u00eda de la Defensa del Trabajo, a fin de garantizar que la ciudadan\u00eda conozca los pasos a seguir y pueda acceder a los mecanismos de soluci\u00f3n de forma \u00e1gil y gratuita.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Para recibir orientaci\u00f3n, resolver dudas o ser canalizadas a las oficinas municipales del CCL, las personas interesadas pueden comunicarse al n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono 612-16-5-61-65, donde se brinda atenci\u00f3n directa y sin costo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
