Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur,\u00a0contin\u00faa llevando a cabo los procedimientos de investigaci\u00f3n en tiempos aceptables de acuerdo a la complejidad del hecho, conforme a lo que establece la ley y privilegiando en todo momento la legalidad, el debido proceso y los derechos de las v\u00edctimas con los hechos ocurridos el pasado 25 de diciembre de 2025, donde una persona fue agredida por un grupo de personas en la comunidad de El Pescadero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el procurador general de Justicia del Estado, Antonio L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez, reiterando que desde que ocurrieron los hechos se han realizado diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n, entre ellos entrevistas y diligencias testimoniales, con el objetivo de integrar debidamente la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y presentarla ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, asegur\u00f3 que se ha atendido a familiares de la v\u00edctima, \u00e9l personalmente, as\u00ed como la subprocuradora Regional del Procedimientos Penales Zona Centro, Adriana Mendoza, y durante la manifestaci\u00f3n del domingo 11 de enero, por el director de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, Capit\u00e1n de Corbeta David Leonel Vergara Valenzuela, atendi\u00f3 directamente a las personas inconformes, brind\u00e1ndoles informaci\u00f3n sobre el avance del caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Procurador explic\u00f3 que la principal inconformidad manifestada por quienes realizaron el bloqueo obedece a que los resultados no se obtienen con la inmediatez que desear\u00edan; sin embargo, enfatiz\u00f3 que una investigaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida y eficaz requiere tiempo, an\u00e1lisis y sustento jur\u00eddico, ya que las investigaciones expr\u00e9s no garantizan justicia y pueden afectar a las propias v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se destac\u00f3 que desde el inicio del evento participan investigadores, peritos y personal especializado en la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de las diligencias, se asegur\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo relacionado con los hechos, se han realizado cateos y actualmente la investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra en una fase final, pr\u00f3xima a ser presentada ante el Juez competente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antonio L\u00f3pez, reiter\u00f3 que no se ha dejado de trabajar en ning\u00fan momento, con el objetivo de brindar justicia con una investigaci\u00f3n de calidad, imparcial y apegada a derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, refrend\u00f3 su compromiso de acompa\u00f1amiento a la familia de la v\u00edctima, as\u00ed como su responsabilidad de conducir las investigaciones con profesionalismo, transparencia y respeto a los derechos humanos, reiterando el llamado a la confianza en las instituciones encargadas de procurar
