\"\"Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el marco jur\u00eddico y operativo del Centro Asistencial Casa Cuna\u2013Casa Hogar, la presidenta honoraria del Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de DIF (SEDIF), Patricia L\u00f3pez Navarro, encabez\u00f3 una mesa t\u00e9cnica de trabajo con autoridades estatales y municipales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Durante el encuentro se llev\u00f3 a cabo un an\u00e1lisis integral del marco normativo que regula la situaci\u00f3n de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes bajo resguardo, as\u00ed como de la operatividad del centro de asistencia social a nivel estatal y municipal, con el objetivo de establecer una ruta legal que facilite la reintegraci\u00f3n familiar mediante expedientes actualizados y asesor\u00eda individualizada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Asimismo, se revisaron las obras de infraestructura que se encuentran actualmente en proceso de ejecuci\u00f3n en los municipios, as\u00ed como los ajustes necesarios al personal responsable de dar seguimiento a los procedimientos legales y normativos, tanto en las procuradur\u00edas municipales como en la estatal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Estas acciones tienen como objetivo primordial garantizar el bienestar de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, as\u00ed como asegurar el pleno respeto y ejercicio de sus derechos, reafirmando el compromiso del Gobierno del Estado con la protecci\u00f3n integral de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

En la reuni\u00f3n participaron la magistrada presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, Claudia Jeanette Cota Pe\u00f1a; el procurador general de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur, Antonio L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez; el coordinador de Asesores de la Oficina del Ejecutivo, Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Ojeda Aguilar; la procuradora de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Sistema DIF Estatal, Anah\u00ed Altamirano L\u00f3pez; el director general del SEDIF, Luis Alberto Cese\u00f1a Romero; as\u00ed como representantes de las procuradur\u00edas municipales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
