Es un tema pol\u00edtico que se encuentra entre la legalidad y la resistencia de grupos que confunden la concesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica con el derecho al caos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para entenderlo, es necesario desmantelar la narrativa de persecuci\u00f3n\u00a0 que un grupo de transportistas ha intentado posicionar.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos son contundentes: 243 empresas y m\u00e1s de 1200 veh\u00edculos ya operan bajo la norma, es decir, cumplen con lo acordado y establecido en reglas claras: Todo servicio de transporte tur\u00edstico debe registrarse en la plataforma de la SICT con el el \u00fanico objetivo de mantener orden en el flujo de unidades, garantizar la seguridad y evitar anarqu\u00eda en la zona hotelera y el aeropuerto. As\u00ed de sencillo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quienes no cumplen y se quedan fuera no pueden llamarse perseguidos. Son, en todo caso, transgresores de lo que que mandan los acuerdos establecidos.\u00a0 Por ello hay que decirlo con todas sus letras: esos transportistas no defienden el trabajo, defienden el privilegio de operar sin controles ni transparencia, quieren operar al margen de la ley.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los Cabos no puede ser\u00a0 reh\u00e9n\u00a0 de intereses particulares, la legalidad no es negociable ni moneda de cambio. Porque el verdadero problema de los transportistas no es la regulaci\u00f3n ni la supervisi\u00f3n, sino la resistencia a perder espacios de poder econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, los transportistas que se resisten deben entender que no hay espacio para la ilegalidad disfrazada de tradici\u00f3n o costumbre. Por su parte, el gobierno del Estado ha mostrado voluntad de di\u00e1logo, pero no debe ceder. Se debe respetar la Ley, as\u00ed de sencillo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya veremos qu\u00e9 sucede, es mi opini\u00f3n.
