\"\"El Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaci\u00f3n y C\u00f3mputo (C4) inform\u00f3 que, durante el a\u00f1o 2025, se atendieron 139 mil llamadas reales en los tres centros de atenci\u00f3n de emergencias de la entidad, mientras que 17 mil 794 fueron identificadas como llamadas de broma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El director de los centros C4, Bruno Cantarell Maytorena, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el mayor n\u00famero de reportes correspondi\u00f3 a personas agresivas, seguido de accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito, reportes por ruido excesivo, solicitudes de apoyo ciudadano y personas sospechosas, los cuales fueron canalizados conforme a los protocolos establecidos hacia la corporaci\u00f3n o instituci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica correspondiente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Asimismo, reiter\u00f3 la importancia de promover el uso responsable de las l\u00edneas de emergencia, ya que las llamadas falsas o improcedentes saturan el sistema y retrasan la atenci\u00f3n de situaciones que requieren intervenci\u00f3n inmediata. En este sentido, indic\u00f3 que el centro C4 de Los Cabos concentr\u00f3 el mayor n\u00famero de este tipo de reportes, con 6 mil 387 llamadas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cantarell Maytorena inform\u00f3 que, para el presente a\u00f1o, se tiene proyectada la migraci\u00f3n del sistema C4 a C5, lo que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n de llamadas al 9 1 1, as\u00ed como optimizar las labores de inteligencia, investigaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de las corporaciones de seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Destac\u00f3 que, si bien a\u00fan existen \u00e1reas de oportunidad para fortalecer este servicio, se han registrado avances significativos en la atenci\u00f3n de emergencias, mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones dirigidas a personas con discapacidad y mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia, as\u00ed como la instalaci\u00f3n de botones de emergencia en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de monitoreo. De igual forma, resalt\u00f3 la relevancia del servicio 089 de denuncia an\u00f3nima, el cual desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel fundamental en las acciones de seguridad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Finalmente, el servidor p\u00fablico exhort\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a hacer un uso adecuado de los n\u00fameros de emergencia, los cuales est\u00e1n disponibles las 24 horas del d\u00eda, los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o, ya que su correcta utilizaci\u00f3n contribuye a fortalecer la seguridad, la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y la atenci\u00f3n oportuna en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n sudcaliforniana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
